Originally designed as a plate rack, as can be read from the description on the box, it was later also used as a cake stand or other food holder. It was sold in combination with a cake shovel, sorted by material and colour. Its postmodern shapes, typical of those years, make it a very contemporary accessory, but at the same time steeped in history and a design icon. Minimal signs of time that do not compromise its aesthetics and functionality. Original box in good condition.
