Shipping and returns for products shipped by Design Staging

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of check-out and will depend on the weight, size and destination of the parcel (Livigno and the smaller islands will be excluded from the automatic calculation and buyers are invited to contact us before purchasing for a personalised quote). Once packed and entrusted to the courier, the parcel will be delivered within 24/48 working hours, but within a maximum of 5 working days from the time of purchase (except in exceptional cases). For shipments abroad, delivery times may vary and will be communicated after the order is placed or by contacting us by email.If you would like a customised estimate, if you prefer to use your own trusted courier or for any other requirement, please contact us directly by email or telephone.

The return of one or more products can be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the goods. The seller reserves the right to check the condition of the returned items before proceeding with the refund.

Shipping costs for our partners' products will be provided later in a customised quotation.

The delivery time will be communicated to the customer once the quotation has been accepted and will depend on the shipping method agreed with the partner.

Generally, once packed and handed over to the courier, the package will be delivered within a maximum of 5 working days from the time of purchase, except in exceptional cases.
